USCIS policy specifically discusses unique considerations for people with advanced degrees in STEM fields, especially when the proposed endeavor relates to critical and emerging technologies or other areas with broader U.S. importance. Still, a STEM degree alone is not enough. The case must satisfy the full NIW framework.

What kind of evidence helps STEM talent qualify for EB-2 NIW?

Do STEM professionals need publications or citations for EB-2 NIW?
