How It Works

All refund or credit requests must be made in accordance to our service agreement

We process refund requests within 30 business days of receiving all required information.

Requests that fall outside of these policies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Beyond Border’s sole discretion.

What is not refundable

- Any money paid to the U.S. government or other governments (for example: USCIS filing fees, visa fees, biometrics fees, premium processing fees).

- Any money paid to third parties (for example: translators, credential evaluators, couriers).

-Refunds, where approved, will always apply only to the professional fees paid to Beyond Border for the service in question.

RFE Support Guarantee

If you receive a Request for Evidence (RFE) or other notice from USCIS, Beyond Border will help you prepare and submit an RFE response at no additional Beyond Border professional fee for that petition.*

This guarantee applies only to RFEs that are reasonably linked to Beyond Border’s work product (for example, missing forms, miscategorized evidence, or clear drafting errors), and not to RFEs related to your underlying qualifications, changing facts, or new issues raised by USCIS outside our control.

Approval-Backed Money-Back Guarantee

If your petition is denied by USCIS, Beyond Border will refund 100% of the professional fees paid to Beyond Border for the petition that was denied, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions

To qualify for the approval-backed refund:

Timely Request

- You must submit your refund request within 14 days of the date on the USCIS denial notice.

- Your request must include a copy of the full denial letter from USCIS showing the reasons for denial.

Cause of Denial

The denial must not be based on:

- Your failure to provide timely and accurate information to allow us to effectively respond to an RFE, NOID, or other USCIS notice within the required deadline.

- Your failure to appear for any required interview or appointment.

- Misrepresentation, omission, or inaccurate information provided by you or third parties acting on your behalf.

- Material changes in your circumstances after filing (for example: job loss, withdrawal of offer, major change in role, criminal issues, or other post-filing events).

Scope of Refund

- The refund covers only Beyond Border’s professional service fees for the denied petition.

- Government fees (USCIS, consulate, etc.) are not refundable.

- Fees paid to independent attorneys, where you have a separate attorney agreement, are not refundable by Beyond Border.

- Payments to any other third parties (translators, evaluators, couriers, etc.) are not refundable.

Method of Refund

- All refunds are issued to the original payer using the original payment method where possible.

- Refunds will be processed by Beyond Border within 30 business days of approval of your refund request.

- Depending on your bank or card provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
