Beyond Border adds Linchi Liang, Samie Othmane, and Leslee Williams to its network of U.S. immigration attorneys as the platform expands its extraordinary ability immigration practice.

Beyond Border has expanded its specialist attorney network with the addition of Linchi Liang, Samie Othmane, and Leslee Williams, strengthening its legal coverage across O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, L-1, and related employment-based immigration pathways.

The expansion follows Beyond Border’s continued growth among founders, executives, technologists, researchers, creatives, and other high-skilled professionals pursuing U.S. immigration.

“We are delighted to welcome Linchi, Samie and Leslee to our selective network of attorneys. We place a huge emphasis on our legal professionals’ ability to empathize with clients we support through the emotional immigration journeys, and they are perfect additions to our network as first-generation U.S. immigrants themselves who also excel in extraordinary ability immigration matters,” Frederick Ng, Co-founder of Beyond Border, says.

Rather than operating as a generalist immigration practice, Beyond Border works with a curated network of independent U.S. immigration attorneys selected for experience in the employment-based categories the platform focuses on.

Linchi Liang

Linchi Liang, Esq. has represented entrepreneurs, scientists, engineers, medical professionals, artists, and other high-achieving professionals in U.S. immigration matters.

His perspective is particularly relevant to extraordinary ability applicants because he has personally secured O-1A, EB-2 NIW, and EB-1A approvals.

Liang has also been recognized as an ABA On the Rise Top 40 Young Lawyer, a National Advocates Top 40 Under 40 attorney, and a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2023 through 2026. He is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has held leadership positions within the American Bar Association.

Samie Othmane

Samie Othmane is the managing attorney of a California-based immigration law firm serving professionals, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

His own immigration journey has taken him across Morocco, France, and the United States, giving him firsthand experience with the uncertainty and practical challenges of moving between countries.

That background also gives Othmane a particularly strong connection with international and French-speaking founders navigating the U.S. immigration system. His Beyond Border practice covers O-1, EB-1, EB-2, and L-1 matters.

Leslee Williams

Leslee Williams, MBA, JD, is a Florida-licensed immigration attorney with more than 13 years of legal experience spanning U.S. immigration and international business matters.

Her employment-based immigration work includes O-1, EB-1, and EB-2 NIW petitions, with particular emphasis on case strategy, evidence development, and positioning.

Her dual legal and business background is especially relevant for startup founders, executives, and business owners whose immigration cases require both legal analysis and a clear understanding of their commercial achievements.

Building a Specialist Attorney Network

Beyond Border’s model matches clients with attorneys who regularly work on the specific immigration pathway being pursued.

The company currently focuses on O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and L-1 matters and has supported more than 4,000 cases with a 98% approval rate.

The addition of Liang, Othmane, and Williams strengthens that model while also reinforcing another quality that Beyond Border increasingly emphasizes in its attorney network: lawyers who understand the immigrant journey from a personal as well as professional perspective.

For applicants navigating high-stakes U.S. immigration decisions, the objective is to combine specialized legal knowledge with an understanding of what is actually at stake for the individual behind the petition.
