Background 

V.L. is a Senior Backend Engineer with a BachelorsDegree in Computer Science and over a decade of experience in building high-throughput backend architectures. V.L. most recently works for a leading global streaming service company. 

His expertise lies in optimising distributed systems, to deliver personalized, low-latency video to millions by caching content closer to users, processing massive data streams for recommendations, and ensuring resilience and scalability across regions. V.Ls profile requires a lot of work to link his professional efforts to broader US national priorities.

Initial Problems 

Corporate vs.National Benefit: While V.L.'s work saved millions in operational costs for his employer, we needed to anchor the narrative from "corporate profit" to "national digital resilience".
